Submission Guidelines
- Send all ad materials to Austin Business District Magazine, P.O. Box 10434, Austin, TX 78766. Or, upload your files to our FTP site. For assistance, call Tania Roberts at 423.956.0114 or E-mail tania@abdmag.com
- Ads submitted on disk, CD-ROM or through the Internet should be created on the QuarkXPress, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop or Adobe InDesign. All graphic files must be at 300 dpi. Other formats may be submitted but will be subject to conversion charges.
- All fonts and graphic files must be included, and colors must use the CMYK model. A laser copy of the ad showing actual fonts and color process build information clearly marked must accompany all files.
- In the event photography requires a high resolution scan, a charge will be incurred. Please provide contact information including phone, fax and E-mail address for person(s) who have prepared, and who have authorized the ad.
- Ads submitted in print form or as negative film are subject to conversion charges.
